Mads on Madison
A little street on the internet where fashion, feelings, and everyday life all meet on the same sidewalk.
I’m Madison, an English + Fashion student who uses outfits the same way I use my journal: to tell untold stories, process my emotions, and find out who I’m becoming in this world.
My style lives somewhere between sorority girl and I want to be in the city… think elevated basics, pieces I re-wear a million different ways, and a mix of classy, feminine details with sharper, editorial pieces. I care less about wearing the “right” trends and more about creating outfits that make me feel confident, stand out, and just… me. Clothes are my way of sharing my voice with the world when sometimes my words haven’t quite caught up yet.
This blog is my start in taking fashion seriously enough to honor it the way it needs to be, butttt is not so serious that it stops being fun. If you see yourself in any part of my story, or just want ideas for what to wear tomorrow, I’m so glad you’ve found me…
Welcome to Mads on Madison. Let’s get dressed.

A Dream Come True
I wanted to use today’s blog to reflect on the growth and gratitude I’ve been feeling lately. I was presented with the most amazing opportunity… I’m returning to New York for Fashion Week! I almost couldn’t even make this the topic because there simply aren’t enough…

What Guys Are Actually Wearing: My Unofficial Men’s Style Report
Male fashion is such a fascinating space to me because it lives in extremes. There are guys who pretend they don’t care at all, and then there are guys who secretly study fit pics like they’re prepping for an exam. Most of my opinions on menswear come from watching…
